02 · What to include

Help us help you.

Your device model and iOS version. A short description of what you expected to happen, what the app actually did instead, and the YouTube link involved if relevant.

03 · Local-first note

Your library lives on your device.

This version of Takewise stores your saved links, pasted text, and generated takeaways locally. If you delete the app or clear local data, that content may be removed from the device.

04 · Response time

We read every message.

Expect a reply within a couple of business days. Bug reports with screen recordings go to the front of the queue.
